It's running in dynamic 1278p, with the lowest count being 810p (which is rare) on the Xbox Series S.

If MW2/3 Runs at 120 on Series s (That it really runs at 80-100) its due small maps and way less people.
Im thinking to buy Series X or run it on PC.
