In sorry to hear that, I would check that the device is charged, if it is then follow the pairing instructions and then maybe restart your iPad and see if that helps, good luck 🤞🏻

Hello Rockett! Sorry for bothering you in this old video but I have one question. I've use the PenTips Procreate Keyboard that is quite similar to this but few days ago, when the iPadOS 17.0 update came out some of the function have stopped working (the must usefull for me is the Color Picker button) and so I'm here to ask you if you have the same trouble with this Aoiktye keyboard.

Hi 👋🏻 I’m sorry to hear that happened to yours, I’ve wanted to get the pen tips one for a while now! I haven’t had any of those issues luckily, but hopefully a update will come along soon that will fix it 🤞🏻

PenTips won’t come up with a software update! I mailed them last week since more of my buttons have stopped working instead of the eyedropper tool only which they stated in an earlier mail, they’re not gonna provide an update you have to buy the PenPad all over again which does have the software…., and they will give you 50% off if you bought it last year.
In my opinion VERY Greedy, I own the penpad for less than a year and paid the full price (89€) and they won’t even provide a free software update, that they already have….???.?
So the new one, according to them, works 100%

@@GreanTeaFairy I had the same problem... I'm very angry against them. How is it possible and tolerable in 2023 to not be able to update a device like the PenPad via a website or dedicated software? They made me the same offer which I find scandalous. After less than a year of use, you are asked to pay for a software/hardware update, hilarious (and not very eco-friendly). Who tells us that the next update won't reproduce the same problem?
For my part, I returned the PenPad to them at my expense so that they could update it for me. I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks... Unacceptable.
