Superb Product and superb customer service and unbelievably good after sales. I understand fully that the efoil is a new technology and that we are early adopters. I bought their efoil based on a hunch and I thought there would be problems but believe me guys, their efoil is superb and the Battery life is amazing. Yesterday the kids spent 3 hours + on the board and the battery still had 11% which is unbelievable. And the way these guys me texted me everyday to check everything is OK is mind blowing. I am super amazed though that they are achieving such a high level of finesse without any form of social media publicity or advertising !!!
After 5 rides I was stopped and had to swim with the board for 2 hours. After sending it to the technical service and having the supposed update done, Mr. Thomas told me that they had detected a delamination of my equipment in the back part due to the fact that it was probably too hot when exposed to the sun. Something impossible, my board goes from the water to the cover, from the cover it is washed in fresh water and I keep it in my garage in a special support. Then they tell me that it is due to transport, which is impossible because it arrived in perfect condition and I am sending you photos of the packaging. In short, excuses and as of today, after more than a month and a half, I still do not have my board. They offer to change the board as a favor (something I do not accept after scratching it badly). They keep telling me that I will have it next week, but I am still without it and I will hardly be able to enjoy it this summer. If it does not arrive, I will have to take legal action for theft or misappropriation. All very ugly and serious. I have also had many problems with the mast of the Volt 3 due to water ingress, with two breakdowns and finally a mast replacement under warranty. Terrible. @@jlcasado1715 To be fair, we have used it almost daily ( for 2 hours each time) for the past 2 months and so far no issues whatsoever. FYI I have no financial ties with Manta at all, I just happen to be a customer with a very very positive experience and I promise you if something turns bad I will report it but so far ZERO problems.
