Won't work I got lift master garage door opener and a 2013 Chevy suburban, I repeat the process many times and never work.

I moved into a new build with this lift master opener. I can’t get it to program. I had no problems with my old house and the renter lived in for a year. All of sudden I can’t get it to work

What if do not have access to back of door opener motor and only have remote?
