Mr Tahir. Thank you for the Masterclass series. its very nice and helpful. just one question wrt this video. How can one check(investigate) on the quality if 2 similar properties from the same developer has a big variance in the price. if you could please elaborate on that.

Hi Aryan , look they best way is to go and check out the properties your self also you need to check the transaction prices rather than asking prices as sometimes there can be a huge difference in what a developer is asking vs what the same property is selling in the secondary market.
