Yes I loved how Ayan low key clocked her at the Queens dinner. taleen’s husband pulled her to the side, completely away from brooks and the entire dinner table, to calm her down. while taleen is trying to calm down with her husband, here comes brooks spouting out bullshit to further escalate the situation when taleen’s husband and taleen is trying to calm down. taleen’s husband is basically like “hey ik ur issue is with her i’ve been friends with u for 10 years i have no issue with u but this is my wife and you are being out of pocket. don’t accuse her of being an alcoholic when i know who you are” like that’s my takeaway from the husband. but then brooks kept doubling down and talking and still trying to incite a fight and taleen’s husband was like “idgaf abt the cameras ik who u r, u know who i am, fuck this bullshit” and then they get mad at the husband??? it wasn’t like taleen and brooks was having a convo between the two of them and the husband just butts in like WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT WITH MY WIFE??? ….that isn’t what happened. taleen and her husband were alone, and brooks was the one who injected herself into their conversation. then gets mad when taleen’s husband tells her to back off. i would want what taleen’s husband did; don’t get involved in the initial convo, pull me off to the side to talk and calm down, and then defend me when trouble comes back looking while i am actively trying to calm down.

@@obi.A. he said correct yourself AFTER brooks had already walked up to them and said “taleen, stop drinking” THATS when the husband TURNED AROUND and said hey wait. there was another door to walk thru RIGHT BEHIND THE DINNER TABLE! taleen and her husband WENT TO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. brooks went to the side of the house. why? she could have gone through the doors right behind the dinner table she was already at. she followed them. it really doesn’t matter what was said before, the two were already separated meaning the situation is over for right now, and brooks made sure the two of them were back within talking distance. brooks went to further the escalation, that’s just the truth. brooks was also muttering under her breath, but not really, “fake” and taleen heard it. of course taleen is going to be like what are you talking about? anybody would be confused why someone is just saying “fake” and no context. taleen was genuinely confused about who/what was fake.
now, did i say that what taleen did/said was right? no, i don’t think i even said those words. i said i would want what taleen’s husband did: don’t say anything in the initial fight, pull me off to the side to calm me down, and when trouble comes back looking for more stand up for me. hope this helps.
