I don’t know anything about training a horse. I only know I love them. Watching you get this feral horse to trust you is amazing.

I'm really impressed with you getting to the point of touching her, in the beginning she was not even staying around to see what you wanted with her. Amazing what patients can do.

      Thank you
She really turned into a very sweet horse. Even better than most. She just needed someone who understood her

This looks like a anxious horse that had some previous good experiences with people that were wiped away by some really horrible ones.

WOW! Cowboy Bob, I am so impressed with how you approached that feral rescue horse to work with her and to get her used to human interaction.

You have to put her in a big pen room to walk around and take a chair and sit quietly calm, take some treats, carrots, apples, hay and if she wants it she has to come to you sometimes horses have to make the first move epically if they are wild or abused and been treated badly she doesn't trust anybody, so if you want her to trust she has to make the first move and you just let her keep getting use to you everyday this is a good method you may have to repeat the process different times a day maybe twice however long it takes for the horse to fully trust you and gradually as she trusts you more and you get to pet her that's a start, after awhile she may let you put a halter on her repeat the process so she is fully use to it then move on to the next thing but don't do it fast let the horse take charge you must be calm, patience, no abuse what so ever and never the horse wants to trust somebody that will take care of her and love her if she trusts you more and more each day watch a strong bond will take place but you must go very slow and be calm and don't try to do everything in a couple of days it will take time so don't rush it. You train her slow and first let her get use to you not visa versa you will be working on her terms not your terms. Good luck she is a beautiful horse take care of her and she will take care if you. Don't you want to have a strong bond then let the horse take charge and get to know you better. Good luck training her I want to see more videos of her improvement. susanb6301@gmail.com
