Bhaiya , where can i find MET manipal exam PYQs , k searched on internet but couldn't get it..and should i consider JEE pyqs for manipap entrence test??
You don't have to prepare separately for MET. Your JEE prep should be enough. Prioritise mastering NCERT. You can use BITSAT material to prepare for Logical reasoning and English section.

it's hard to find pyqs of met specifically...but u can try with the question of mains level those will be enough to get a good score..
