Bobby Drain's "Minnie The Moocher" is the greatest….. he always gave 1,000 percent to everything he sang and recorded in the studio….. only one I know that has the ability to change his voice in all his songs…… I find it totally amazing when it catches people out only to realise that it is actually Bobby Darin singing…… I love watching the look of surprise on their faces….. Bobby was not intimidated by others and once set on doing something his way, that's how it went alright, in his words…… a genius entertainer with eye for perfection and to details…… Bobby's music will not sound out dated but as though he is singing right in front of you….. this wonderfully talented young man left a rich body of work, what a legacy…… he is remembered as being a wonderful human being…..
