  • This year, we made Kimjang Kimchi with 33 cabbages. Our relative shared the cabbages grown on their own, and friends of my sister-in-law also helped, so it was much easier. My hometown is Gangneung and it's a seaside so we put pollack for Kimjang Kimchi and it gives a refreshing taste after fermentation. Kimjang is making kimchi that is eaten during the winter. So my family doesn’t have to worry about winter food
