You dont usually "notice" altho your brain knows they are playing extremely well just be seeing them because they are playing other top players, but the moment you confront them yourself is when you really appreciate the gap there's between them and the rest of human beings.
The Seph looks PEAK rn. I love his use of counter and shadow flair I really feel like he is utilizing the full kit in this (albeit pools) set. LFG TWEEK
@@Mad_Ice_Kingafter watching this set, what do you think you could’ve done better ? Curious as someone who mains Robin & what insight you gained from this
I owe so much of my Robin game to Mad Ice King and his great youtube channel tutorials. :) If it's any consolation, Mad Ice King placed third in a tournament a few months ago. Became the crowd favorite when he knocked out a Steve player (this was right before the Steve ban). I think Mad Ice King will win a tournament soon at this rate.
Woooow, Tweek actually playing Sephiroth well. There were a few missed opportunities, but I like that he's using more of his kit. Any Seph main needs to know how to space gigaflare into f smash to kill at 0 at ledge, for example. He should have gone for f tilt at the range he was at. He made up for it with the immediate dair spike afterwards
I played against this guy a few times online and beat him a few times, although he's overall better than me. He still has this bad "habit" of leaving immediately the lobby if he wins but asks for a rematch when he loses so I'm glad to see Tweek put him in his place.
So...he wants to fight players who can beat him so he can improve, as opposed to players he can beat which teaches him nothing? This is a bad habit for a high-level Smash player?
@@TVBTheCarpe and what if the player that beat him and the player that he beats are the same person? And even if that wasn't the case, are you arguing that all sets should be played in "first to win once"? And that a single match is a definite measure of a players worth? Don't you think it's a bit hypocrite to want to learn from the best but don't want people below you to learn from you?
Super Smash Con 2023 is still live! Check it out here: "www.twitch.tv/vgbootcamp"
Spoiler Alert: The Silver-Haired, sword user with a fire spell wins.
Ngl I forgot that robin has a sword and casted spells
OMG PLS STOP THE SPOILERS, I BEG YOU EVERY SINGLE SET...
I REALLY wanted to see this but knowing Eights Alt is gonna win makes this less fun to watch

I can’t lie, I also thought this was a spoiler when I read it but then I realized.
Both cloaked in black
A hopeless boss fight but it’s cool to see robin in pools and even cooler that he fought tweek

Tweek is warming up the Sephiroth in anticipation for his run back against Acola
That set was 🔥 So happy to see the Sephiroth!!
Mad Ice King is an incredible player and he doesn't even have an opportunity to truly showcase his skill in the face of a true top player.
Bro got cooked
@@PlagueDrHK yea not only does that matchup suck, but sephiroth has too many options to edge guard robin as you saw
Tweek practicing the Seph. I like it
Tweek in the zone is different lol. The down air at 5:53 didn't even phase him a bit if you look at the player cam.
Really wanna see more of tweek's seph this tourney
Was NOT expecting Tweek to get upset this early on.
STOP
Tweek washed, 0-2'd by some nobody
Shut up dimwit, nobody believes these fakes anymore.
