Always loved this couple. One of the very few and rare homosexual couples in the shonen target. (The other couple, we find in the manga "Blue Flag".) The feeling of Yomi and Kagura is not only that of simple "sisters" but of two girls in love with each other. In the manga, this aspect is better understood.

@@HaiNguyen-uk3tf Have you read the manga? (which is the sequel to the tv series) The two girls love each other, they have a strong feeling. Chapter 52 highlights Kagura's feeling of love for Yomi, who came to that place to save Yomi, not to save the world. (Ken-chan tells Yomi.) So much so that Yomi says "someone like me, doesn't deserve to be loved".
It is not a question of being "lesbian" not to reduce a manga or a work relationship to this. It is about having deep feelings of affection for someone, regardless of everything.

Adoraba a estas dos, se veian bien juntas que lastima que kagura tuvo que matar a yomi, llore mucho ese final, muy lindo anime
Creo que todos lloramos :c Pero si queres un final pseudo feliz para nuestra Yomi podes leer el manga, no es tan bueno como el anime a mi parecer pero esta interesante.

@@arisanz6071 Estoy intentando no hacer spoiler... xD Pero ya desde lo que vemos al final del anime podemos entender que aunque termine bien el manga ellas no volveran nunca a estar felices siendo "hermanas" como antes, viviendo juntas, etc.. sus vidas, especialmente la de Yomi cambia completamente... No sé si llamarlo "feliz" a secas, creo que aún sigue siendo injusto para nuestra pequeña 😭

Tienes razón, en realidad ya no hay vuelta atrás después de todo lo que hizo Yomi; no me figuro ese final pseudo feliz del manga jaja, pero me contento con la sola idea de que vuelvan a tener contacto. Y sí, el anime precuela duele porque Yomi es un personaje con una esencia noble, y pues... que le haya sucedido todas esas cosas... 😭 es demasiado.
Justo hoy miré que en el 2020 dijeron que iban a lanzar una novela ligera precuela (que sería la precuela del anime precuela xd) llamada "Ga-Rei: Kizashi", y supuestamente ahí cuentan el inicio de todo, lamentablemente no la encuentro por ningún lado, sabes algo de este dato?
