Is this Hyoho related to Yagyu Shinkage Ryu ??

Is there a difference between this and Heiho-jutsu or is it just a variation in spelling. Our Shihan teaches Hyoho iai jutsu and only a little of this looks familiar.

It's only the spelling, but various groups tend to harmonize the spelling they use officially in their group.
