Wouldn't this approach require every changing html element to be a child or sibling of the mode toggling box?
Yes the selector needs a child or sibling.

@@CoderFoundryYeah, I've mentioned my portfolio which is made only with html/css, along with all the projects using stuff like you did in the video. That was the problem I guess, mentioning "" without having boobs out for profile pic :)
