Lisa in lore: OP, once in a millennium genius who’s also able to teach people unlike other geniuses, but is also lazy, as well as scary if you anger her. Lisa in game: requires intense dedication to her build to get her on a similar level to her lore, unlike Klee, who is very easy to get to that level.
I swear if Lisa was Pyro she would be S tier no joke. 1 second cooldown on her E for max stacked Witch set, as well as Pyro reactions being able to crit would be nutty.
i haven't build her properly, but she has the highest ele mastery. 300 for only level 50. Actually will rebuild her once I've done with my mains. She'll be a killer for anyone that has elemental status above their head.
to be fair. Lisa being so hard to utilize and required A LOT of investment put her off from a lot of people who want to use her is actually fitting to her lore. she lost a match for captain position ON PURPOSE because she doesn't wants to work as much even go so far to politely decline the same offered captain again and again later.

She’s the best student that Sumeru academy has produced in 200 years and she even gave up her pursuit of knowledge once she realised nobody knew much about visions and she was afraid the power she unleashes would kill her. So, you probably don’t want to pass off Lisa. (Oh and she also shocks people and things until they beg for mercy as shown in the Windblume festival and her story quest.)
I mean Diluc was part of fhe KoF and he hold a grudge on the past grandmaster, he doesn't actually hate the current KoF even in his idle he says "you should really bring the knights of favonious with you". He also talks about the current KoF like he's still the cavalry captain like when he comments on Lisa and Jean.

Jean was appointed as the Acting Grand Master means she’s capable of handling things not only in strength but in wits as well, and as of Lisa - she’s basically the Yennefer of Genshin. She held the title of Grand Mage - can destroy anyone who stands in her way but doesn’t want to cuz she’s laid back as hell. Also when she joined the Knights she was recruited/offered by Varka to be the Captain of the 8th company but she turned it down cuz it’s too much effort for little recognition. She’s also the most talented sorceresses to study at her academy in the last two centuries

Apart from being lazy I think Lisa is more careful in treading the world of visions to remain out of God's scope. That's why she chose to remain laying low in the city of freedom.
Keep in mind that this is the same woman that has highly aggressive low HP voice lines, moans while climbing and yet is highly so intimidating and scary that kaeya is also afraid of her Electro mommy #1

My opinion on Lisa: Brother Librarian Lisa is a powerful psyker, being able to disintegrate normal men with just her voice. Her well of knowledge is bottomless, truly the God Emperor's gift to the Ordo Favonius.

My opinion on Lisa: Brother Librarian Lisa is a powerful psyker, being able to disintegrate normal men with just her voice. Her well of knowledge is bottomless, truly the God Emperor's gift to the Ordo Favonius.
