This song was originally written for the 1944 MGM film Meet Me in St. Louis and was performed by Judy Garland. It was later recorded by Frank Sinatra with slightly different lyrics. It has such a great relaxing tempo and melody, making it a holiday jazz favorite. I ventured off the traditional score script a tad to include a pentatonic scale guitar improv in the middle of the song, influenced by the great Kenny Burrell.
