A once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down from Portland Oregon with my daughter 2 months ago and saw them live 8 weeks ago in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs).
Happy Birthday to Rock’s best front woman -Daniela. HYCAD and Sick are TWA best ever songs - with the Bass now on a new higher level and Daniels’s vocals now sensational. Of course the beast on the drums is still phenomenal

My personal preference is this song, Dany knocks the hell out of this song with her soaring vocals. I like Sick! a lot as well but HYCAD is number one for me. An a nice bit of singing by Ale near the end. Camera should have shown her. If you want to go back about five years or so try "Copper Bullets" and "Runaway" at the Dakota Bar. Both kinda heavy and well structured. Plus, Ale has some nice, clear harmonies on "Runaway'.
It does sound great, as it should when they use backing tracks to get that full, powerful sound from their live performances. Props for synchronicity. They are tight. As a former metal drummer, I know from experience that any band can sound that good when using backing tracks. The real test of a band is how good do they sound live without any techno/wizardry. There are a few bands out there that give a true live performance. PLUSH for instance. They don't use any backing tracks, just pure, live rock.
Plush has 4 elements TW only 3, TW easly could play raw without any backtracks and no need to prove to you. TW uses sutil backtracks only and is not a secret
If we compare Warning and VOB..well, Warning is a cheaply polished old Chevrollet, based on a sexy look that appeals to the audience..but...VOB is a powerful, expensive latest BMW..eh, there is a huge difference, isn't it?
Danys is definitely at the top of her game in the vocals department but im on the fence with this song and the other new song "sick". Both are just very basic and kinda boring as far as the Warning gos. The vocals are good but the music is run of the mill with little more than a somewhat cool riff. Nothing else really going on there. Apparently this song had influence from a band member from MUSE , i dont think his imput was helpful. My opinion is the girls need to go home and take a break and get back to writing songs without any outside influences.
