- Cabbage, salt, pepper, minced garlic, cooking oil, slice cheese, mozzarella cheese, oyster sauce
■ How to make it
1. Cut the cabbage into half-moon shapes.
2. Season cabbage with salt and pepper.
3. [Medium to low heat] Add cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic.
4. Bake cabbage front and back.
5. Add sliced cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of cabbage.
