Can anyone point me in the direction of where i can learn how this all applies to Canada? I understand that Express trusts apply to common law which is applicable in all commonwealth countries but i suppose I am curious if us in canada can find supporting evidence such as is mentioned in the USA constitution. Any help is appreciated 😊
@@ConstitutionalMan-l1n it's not, that's why you have to look up what the laws are in your country and state but as long as the terms and conditions of the contract are not illegal..the state can't interfere with a contract between two private parties. This video is referring to COMMON LAW which is God's law and although countries like to think that federal law is the supreme law of the land...common law in fact supercedes any federal law of any country
