- For the next two days, we cruise the glaciers. First off, we check out Yakutat Bay and see Hubbard Glacier. It is a cold windy day in May but clear skies make it a wonderful day. The next day, we spend in Glacier Bay. The skies are cloudy but the water is still and clear as glass, making the glaciers that much more dramatic.

Wow - this looks amazing! We were recently in Endicott Arm on Discovery Princess, but we weren't able to get to the glacier. You got to see so many - wow!
We were so blessed! We heard so many reports of cloudy and rainy weather the entire journey. I cant believe how many crystal clear days we had!
Yeah. Princess Majestic and the same lights. We put the couch cushions down then to block the lights and motion sensors. The one in the hall/closet was different
I did this cruise in 2017. I didn’t know we could have seen Denali!!!!! 😮😩
It will always be Mt. McKinley to me.
Very nice wine tasting and amazing glacier watching off our balcony!
Great videos. I'm looking forward to our cruisetour next month!
Such an amazing cruise with spectacular scenery
A-ma-zing!! So peaceful, even though the sun wasn't out, there's beauty in every kind of weather! I want to go on a land and sea cruise-Can't decide between Holland or Princess! I'm going on my first cruise on January 31st , '23, to the Mexican Riviera, on the Royal Princess-your ship!
Thanks Kathy! We hope to be back aboard a cruise in January as well.
Both Holland America and Princess do Alaska very well. We haven't sailed with HAL yet.
Hey guys. I’ve been watching a few of your videos. Was wondering what month your cruise was (maybe you said it, and I missed it). We’re thinking about going Sep ‘23. I realize summer is best, but Sep is when I have vacation.
We went in May, we had very clear weather
@@robertmiller2023 wish I could go in May but if I go next year, it’ll probably have to be in September.
We did Glacier cruise September-second to last in 2017. It was great. A little misty rain but nothing stopped us from walked around each stop. My Grandkids were happy because end of the season everything in the shops was 75% off. I got things I wouldn’t have paid full price for. September is great for Glacier Bay because no one is breeding or having babies so we could get really close to the glaciers
