IMO if you speed up the singer (not the music) I think it will be not good. You can search in youtuber ryuseralover mashup. She/he didn't speed up any group that she/he mashed up and really good to hear it from the original song. Just some advice.
I prefer having it sound not like the original. It’s a mashup, not just a basic audio
