Hi Kevin, for either an inbound or outbound rule the firewall rule destination can be a private IP address or block of addresses. If the private IP address is on the WAN side of the firewall you will need to disable the Builtin RFC 1911 (I believe) rule that blocks all outbound private IP address traffic. If the private address is on LAN side, then just normal NAT rule behavior. Hope this helps!
