I agree 100%. The 350 cc engine would be a much better choice for this scooter. 160 cc was definitely the wrong choice for most markets (Europe, US, AUS). Probably this will also be reflected in the sales figures.
It might suit Asian populations where roads are crowded but in Australia, with wide open roads that stretch as far as the eye can see, the 160cc is just too small, especially if you put an 80kg pillion pax on the rear. This bike would be a sales winner with suitable power. It's a bit like buying a Ferrari with only a 1 cylinder engine!
In the US 250cc is the minimum for ramp entry highways. Personally, I feel much safer on a machine that will cruise with the maniacs. No less than 600cc, the power/weight ratio allows getting around the distracted drivers who are the cause of the vast majority of motorcycle fatalities,

Great design. Honda needs this style with a much larger motor for the U.S. I wouldn't want one but I know they would be huge here. People loved the Silver Wing and the Suzuki Burgman which both Companies have discontinued production on both models.

Nice looking bike but the 160cc engine is way too small for a bulky touring scooter with panier boxes, put an 80 or 90kg guy on this with 20kg of gear as well the poor little 160 will be struggling going up hills or into a decent wind, it should be at least 250cc and 500cc would be ideal.
I just realized there is a problem the way they designed this and that is you can barely see the instrument panel because of the big piece they put between the handlebars!!! That makes this bike not very safe so they need to modify that part between the handlebars!! Still Great Looking Bike !!! 😍 But It's ALL Show and No Go!! 👎 The Engine is Small as is for Freeway and with the Add Weight !!Right PASS!! It needs to be a 350 and Up to make this Work Well!!

Put the CBR/Rebel 500 engine in this and it's a winner.

This is mostly just for styling (making the bike feel much more substantial and expensive that it truly is - it's just a scooter) and short tours.
