Im not sure myself if its a knock off little dino but im pretty sure they do this lower quality boxes since its cheaper and faster to sell and they do same pack designs since its cheaper and faster to manufacture as well how I wish they do make a better quality ones instead more that are really cool to see in the collection and more durable cards instead but I admit out of curiousity plus the fun of opening pack are fun definitely good and probably good for kids to play.
@@PokeTTT I even think that they do sell the misprints into the lower quality boxes that may be why we see same kind design different rarity on these lower end boxes.
