Honestly, I just buy berries in bulk when they're in season, but them in bags and vacuum seal (this step in optional) and stuff them in the freezer. Those bags are specifically for use after the berry season ends. I eat fresh berries while the season lasts. Granted, my fridge have large freezer :)

Hi Josie, Please tell Charlie the square Le Creuset dish also does a mean Roast Chicken. About a cm to 1.5cm of water or stock in the bottom of the dish, seasoned chicken in, cover with foil and remove foil for last few minutes to brown the top. About 180 degrees and time dependent on chicken size. Comes out super moist and succulent xxx

Hopefully all those individually wrapped vitamins are packaged in recycled paper otherwise those are extremely wasteful.

@@rozemarijnbalemans4561 I don't know if they are compostable after use but they are extremely wasteful to create an individual package every day as opposed to 1 bottle that can hold a years worth of pills. She is not the only influencer promoting these either. Sometimes easier to use is not the most environmentally friendly. I am also guilty of using things that are more convenient but I don't claim to be package conscious.

Hi Josie -- the c/o website says that they deliver to the US and Canada only. They don't ship internationally. Something I feel should've been included in the video, description or researched beforehand. Many of us who watch you live in the UK obviously, so we can't try it. I am guessing you get them delivered "regularly" because of your influencer status. Just thought I'd point that out, a bit strange to advertise something that is not accessible to most of your viewers.

I agree with so many of the comments here, that you are so hard working, flawless, look like a young Tippi Hedren (never realised that until I read that comment, but it's true), so considerate of your viewers and prepare videos with us in mind. However, what I really like about you (and Freddy) is that you actually PREPARE something for us. So many 'influencers' just vlog their daily life with no thought in mind to the fact that our time is precious. They act like it is something we would be interested in. No substance of any sort. What really attracts me to your channel is that you educate us about style and the philosophy behind building a wearable wardrobe. You actually have a plan of what you are going to say and it is well executed. PLEASE don't just vlog!! I know you would never be so narcissistic to just hold a camera in front of a mirror and talk to us as if that is what interests us. That is my pet peeve. It is so unprofessional and a million miles away from what you stand for. I have actually unsubscribed from influencers who do that. I think it is lazy, the height of narcissism and tactlessness. I really like it when you do something amazing!! That is what makes you, you, is that you do stand out. You don't fit in.

Buy a packet of frozen berries so you don't have to buy fresh with packaging
Debby Townsend or switch to more seasonal fruit for the colder months? Less carbon waste with transport. Just a thought x

You can also buy berries in bulk in the summer (I mean up to 30 litres in a big cardboard box, not individually packaged) and freeze them then - a day of effort with labelling and dating but you will then have local and seasonal fruits for the rest of the winter.
Lamorna Lifestyle apples, pears,plums etc which are seasonal in the uk for the winter wouldn't be suitable for a smoothie
