Hi Kennedy yay 😁 another Cozy vlog yesterday I went swimming 🏊🏽♀️ at the YMCA I did 26 laps and I am so sore I didn’t sleep to well last night but I had my two cups of coffee from my Nespresso machine and that saved me ❤😊 and I got out of bed drank some water 💧 and did my skin care and stretched and then I took 3 deep breaths and then went upstairs made my coffee ☕️ and had breakfast I am not going out into the community today it’s to snowy and icy 🥶 outside and my siblings are home 🏡 today is a rest day for me 😊
Yea I am pretty strong 💪 I use a kick board and I also swim with flippers on and I also use my arms with out the kick board so that I don’t strain my neck or my shoulder I have really bad shoulder pains so the water 💧 really helps I am thinking of getting goggles 🥽 for swimming 🏊🏽♀️ because it’s harder for me to swim without having my face in the water I did 30 laps in the pool once 😊❤ swimming is good for you
