There are a host of problems. Instead of moderating their comments, they removed them from the site entirely. Bad UI, overpriced and holds a monopoly on anime streaming. I saw somewhere on twitter that they underpay their localizers, but I can't verify. I choose not to use it but It's up to you if any of that matters or not.
