    Thank you for this! I'm just starting to get into Kill Team and the Gellerpox is my first team, it's so helpful to have all their info broken down and explained so my more experienced friends don't spend half our game sessions fixing my mechanical mistakes. I like that the nightmare hulks *can* be dangerous as straight up brawlers, but they're also crazy tanky so you can just tie up the more dangerous enemy operatives in engagement forever, using Resilience to mitigate some of the damage you'll take on the way without cover.

    I have been able to play a game with them. The strategy that worked for me was Lumber and Bloat move in first followed by Thrice. Screamer maintains center and moves to assist if needed. Glitchlings stay out of site holding objectives. Mutants move in for contact in second or third turn. The Mutoid move around the board, not to do any real damage or effect but make a great distraction and pull aggro. They are a trap. Flies ha e the most utility, there stun keeps opponents on the defensive with less AP. Grubs can be effective if they can sneak into groups. Mites are the weakest qith only a melee attack. Getting these guys into melee is a mistake because they will die on 1 hit and be wasted. Use the short ranged to incite retaliation and distract

      I've assembled but not painted mine. They are massive in the context of Kill Team.

    I feel like you missed that the weapons of the gellerpox mutants don't have a choice between melee weapons, there's one that gets the axe and two that get the provided weapons. So they're a bit less consistent than your current review makes them seem.

    I've got these, as the models and the rules are so completely different to what I'm accustomed to. I'm mainly playing Phobos Strike Team at the moment, and was all for moving on to Kroot, but I'm going to pause with these awful lunatics. 🙃

    Security is a weird archetype for this team.

      I think of it as them protecting the geller field generator

    How does this team get around the grenade limit nerf?

    • @Dracodomin
      @Dracodomin 2 года назад

      Certain equipment is limited to 1 per team. The nerf made grenades one of these types of equipment for every team. Because the frags here are not equipment, they are not limited like the others are.
