I think that the t-shirt would go well with a pink pleated skirt and a pink jersey jacket (?). Are they called that? The jackets jocks stereotypically wear in movies? But anyway, she’d look amazing with them and the pink converse.
Mimi would look nice with an old school, Victorian-like dress. Like something young girls would wear to tea parties back then.

On Mirai the wig looks like she dyed the tips, but on Mimi it looks like she's gone full magical girl. BTW, I dunno if you've wandered to dolldreaming.com yet, but it's a whole forum for vinyl anime dolls like DD, Smart Doll, and Obitsu.
