They don't make trucks and engines like that anymore! Sweet catch!
Thanks!
Absolutely a beautiful catch of that priceless Hahn Saulsbury Rescue what a beauty
Thank you!
So awesome they still have an old classic rig like that in service
BEAUTIFUL Hahn heavy rescue with a Detroit Diesel. Classic look, classic sound. They don't make 'em like that anymore. Rigs then had personality.
1:07 they don’t make hahn like that anymore on 1985

Great catch! Beautiful truck and that Q sure beats the electronic crap they have out now days.
Thank you!
They even used the bell!
shocked they have not replaced that rescue due to its age
I hear its been a topic of debate within the department about what they want to replace it with.
@@LowHudEmergency Yeah we are going to replace it get rid of 2-1 lot of screen issues on 2-1,when we get rid of it we are getting a new 2-1 pumper recuse with a lot of storage for all the tools and we are getting 2 new 7-1 and 7-2 they may keep 2-1 if they dont build in 2 years because they could get money for
That fire house is awesome. I absolutely love the sound of the Engine on the rescue. Great catch.
Thanks!
That rescue looks amazing
Thanks for watching!
Hahn! Built in Hamburg, PA about an hours drive from my house, not that I’d have any reason to go there
Jacob Webber Yup. Just outside of both Reading and Allentown.
Jacob Webber Apparatus collectors meet there ever year I believe. It’s not terribly run down from what I’ve seen online.
Jacob Webber My bad they only went there in 2014. The “York County Old Fire Farts” will have Hahn as their featured apparatus at their muster in York, PA this fall.
Wow, what a neat unit to catch of video of. Nice job!
One that's been on my bucket list for a long time, glad I finally caught it. Thanks!

Is their EMS all volunteer members of the department or are they volunteer with paid staff?
I believe it is entirely volunteer.
Pure old school!
Listen to that rescue purr!!
What an awesome video!
Thanks!
Awesome video! Love the rescue!
Thanks!
Love it!
Thanks!
Amazing video! Some really good trucks!
Thanks!
Am I mistaken or did this department kitbash this rig?
I don't think so. It's definitely had some upgrades over the years, and it also underwent a refurb in 1999, but otherwise I think it was delivered this way.
@@LowHudEmergency oh, no kidding. Looks like a pumper with the box put on it. Not uncommon for cash strapped departments to do this with their older rigs.
@@owensweetland342 Yeah, I can see that, but I couldn't find anything that suggested that was the case with this rig.
Nice catches!! I wonder if they’re volunteer, paid or combination. Nice bell use too. Don’t see too many bells anymore.
Thanks! They're volunteer.
That’s awesome!!
Thanks!
Damn nice catches!!!!!!
Thanks!
