@AlbEdge rispetto al manuale la versione S-Tronic è mild hybrid quindi aggiunge fino a 25cv extra. Poi la velocità massima dipende da tante altre cose. Con benzina 95 e gomme stagioni fa fatica oltre 220kmh poi devi tenere conto del vento, terreno, etc. Benzina 100 ottani e Pirelli sportive ho raggiunto 244kmh in pianura Ungherese, zero vento, asfalto nero e tutto dritto. 180kmh non ti accorgi neanche di farli poi dai 210kmh se spingi puoi fare 210-240 a seconda delle condizioni stradali, peso, vento, temperatura...
@@rickbomans831 I was able to get 230 on my 8V last weekend on a straight road (A31). Top speed of 237 in the past was reached with a bit of help from down hill. But these can definitely make more than 220 by itself!
I'm gonna get mine next Wednesday... I can't wait! Hopefully the weather will be great the weekend after so I'll take it for a spin on the Autobahn! Top speed on my 8V has been 237 km/h on two occasions. The 8Y seems to be even faster!
@@kevingfeller9952 Both in- and exterior will blow you away. I always thought the 8V MMI system was outdated for the time of release. They really stepped up with that with the 8Y though I am a bit disappointed with the responsiveness. Feels slow at times, kinda like it really needs a faster processor unit. The virtual cockpit is beautiful as well though I will always prefer Google Maps over any other navi system as it's simply more accurate - I have tested it on multiple occassions. The car feels "bigger" when you sit inside it. I know it increased about 3 cm on all sides but I didn't expect to notice it that much. I kinda liked the 8V more in that area... furthermore I absolutely HATE the Audi Pre Sense option. It once made a FULL STOP cause it sensed danger... it wouldn't be too bad had I not already passed the danger about 5m so that person would've been dead already. Been switching it off every time since then (can't permanently disable it). Kinda disappointing for a company rocking the slogan "Vorsprung durch Technik"! Overall though I'm happy with the 8Y. Got 19k kilometers on it, just came back from a Eurotrip. No problems so far, reliable as ever.
Mal wieder ein ganz schöner VAG Lügentacho. Über 200 km/h ist die Abweichung echt enorm. 240 km/h auf dem Tacho sind nicht mal echte 220km/h. Erinnert etwas an Golf 5 GTI Zeiten. So ab der Golf 7 Generation wurde man dann wieder etwas ehrlicher, die neuen Modelle streuen haben wieder eine sehr starke Abweichung.
My 35tfsi sportback manual seems to be limited at 238. i reach 238 in 5th gear quickly even on slightly uphill roads but cant get above it even on long downhill sections?
@@carprincetv7591 The "Problem" with this engine is that has No low end torque, on the lighter A1 is ok'ish on this the car is too heavy, and they are mated to a DRY clutch transmission dq200 wich is the least reliable of all the existing DSG version... I am sill waiting for the 2.0 liter 200 hp engine to be aviabile for this car (s3 is overkill for me due to high taxes in my country) but nobody seems to know if it will be ever be aviabile for the a3 again.....
@@mosquiton001 currently 2.0 190 hp quattro (haldex) is avaible in A3 and you will get your car around January-February 2022. There are also interesting PHEV versions with 204 and 245 hp with 1.4 tsi and electric motor.
The 150HP has no Quattro option, also Quattro only really effects handling on wet roads. I drive the 35TFSI and it has great handling and grip, even at high speeds

It’s a great car for its price but worst thing about this car is that takes in way too much tire wind noise really bad in that regard specially after 120 kmh
I drive everyday the 35TFSI sportback MHEV s-tronic with 17 inch wheels. I'm doing around 5l/100km on motorway at 110km/h, around 6l at 130km/h. Around town inbetween 6 and 7,5l/100km depending on traffic. I'm quite impressed to be honest.
I got the A3 35TFSI as a rental car because my main Cupra Born got crashed while it was parked. Beautiful looking and premium feeling car but the 150 hp version has no power at all and feels very slow and unresponsive. Electric cars are just so much better in my opinion.
I have same model after 2500km half in city half between cities. I got an avarage of 7.8 with a little bit of agresive driving but not much. After first service period and careful driving you can get overall of 7 imo. If you use it at highway and use cruise control at 120kmh its averaging around 5.8
Pretty cheap for a higher class compact car. I drive it currently and i don‘t really like it. For this expensive price its pretty poor, what Audi build in the interior

Krass. Bei meiner A-Klasse sind es immer 3 km/h Abweichung übers komplette Spektrum gemessen. War erst verwirrt als ich ihn das erste mal ausgefahren bin, weil ich aufn Tacho mit mehr gerechnet hatte und war schon am überlegen, ob da was nicht in Ordnung ist. GPS gemessen erreicht der kleine aber genau was im Schein steht.
Nope they not. I was also surprised when I was testing new A3 2 months ago. I wanted to start without releasing handbrake (in my Pug508 it releases automatically) and I couldn't - had to release it manually before start. While ordering A3, there is a option that you choose auto hold assistant instead of electronic hadnbrake, maybe it works as we would wish.
Now I know my A3 35 TFSI can top 150mph. Thanks 👍

@@samirav1137 i think road went down slightly, 220 is official top speed. You’ll need 180-200 hp to get well above 220km/h.

Die Aerodynamik ist klasse, ergo auch die Endgeschwindigkeit. Es dauert nur ein wenig.

That was quite a downhill, also speedometer adds about 5-10 kmh to real speed in most new cars.

that is my top speed with this car on Autobahn too (downhill), could have gone a bit faster but it's a V tyre so I didn't push it any more.

Golf 8 150 Ps fährt 238 Km/h und die Geschwindigkeit bei der GPS Anzeige zeigt nichtmal 220 an.

It is Hard to reach 210 km/h with this car. There is wind and road noise inside. And after 210 it is very uncomortable i think.
