(I know it sounds like I'm procrastinating but in fact in Germany it's really really hard to get into business before 18, even with a business partner over 18 it's just bad in many aspects.) So I'm becoming as knowledgeable as I can until I can offer my services in 9 months, when I'm finally turning 18. What I can say about your videos now (just discovered your channel yesterday) is that you really covering many of the relevant steps and topics, but in a much better and far less time intensive form than what I had to learn them from. I would be interested in your pricing model and how much risk you take on to yourself (base retainer + X% commission from X amount of leads generated). Great work, very good videos. You have set up many things before you can really start working, because you have to follow so many rules in europe. I have a Google ads Agency: In my case you have to worry about the (dsgvo). Conversion Tracking and Landingpages have to follow strict rules and everything is quite complicated. But that doesn’t stop me! It’s definitely harder in Europe but everything is possible!

Max, did you offer the ROI Guarantee for your first client? What if your media buyer does not fulfill on their end and you fail to generate buyers for your client?
Hey Andrew, my guy, great question! I did implement it very early yes. However it's more so of a "Service Guarantee". Basically if they don't see an ROI after our initial first 4 months of working together, we'll work for free for a month or two until they do get an ROI. I've been offering this Service guarantee for a long time now. And we haven't had a single client pick it up yet. And also, everybody we talk to appreciate the service guarantee on the sales calls. Because at the end of the day, it's just fair. If they don't see an ROI, just keep continue offering your service for free for a month or two, maybe you get great results in that time frame and they decide to continue to work. You can skip it in the very beginning if you want to. But I'd personally recommend it to use it in the beginning. It's a win-win for everybody involved. Hope that helps! 💪💪

Don't remember exactly to be completely honest with you, but I did send a ton of cold emails in the beginning. I did my first sale on my first sales call, even though my sales skills was not the best back then. Was lucky enough to find a client who believed in what I proposed :)

But I notice when I'm on a call with USA buyers most of them don't understand what I'm saying. And to my surprise, if I use A.I to auto-translate what I'm saying into US English I see AI also translates a lot of errors from the English I speak which is lead to frustration for me.
