- WATCH PART 2: • Race of Champions - RO...
Raw footage from my helmet cam at the Race of Champions ROC Factor shootout. Myself and the other finalist Bradley Philpott would drive an Ariel Atom on the ROC Skills Challenge course to decided who would win a spot in the Race of Champions main event.

Amazing Des! I was so excited for you to race at the ROC, and I'm sure it's been amazing!
Thank you for uploading all of these behind the scenes, it's really interesting to see how all of this is organized and to kind of "feel" how it would be to be there!
+Gabriele Gonzales Thanks Gabriele, glad you enjoyed the footage. I hope to have much more stuff like this in the coming months and years :)
So impressed with you Des on everything that you have done with your racing and so happy that you were apart of such a once in a lifetime event. You deserve it man. great insight to this event as well, thanks for sharing. Best to your future racing
+Speedy McGee Thanks for watching Glenn! Congrats you your recent achievements too. Looks like an awesome opportunity - really hope you can make the most of it and it's a launch pad for future seasons.
It was such a cool event, nice too see it all behind the scenes!!
+f1images Cheers, glad you enjoyed it. Will have the 2nd part done tomorrow. Stay tuned!
Just watched it, great stuff Des!
+f1images Great, thanks for watching, hopefully I'll have much more in 2016!
Hopefully so! You've had a great year in formula vee. Some phenomenal moves and great drives. Your exciting to watch. More is to come! an't wait
Just saw your update on r/formula1. Going to check out your videos now.
Amazing experience, I bet!
+Florin Sabau Yes, really cool to take part in it even though the end result wasn't what I had hoped. Part 2 coming soon
+desfoleyracing yeah, cool event and all, but the track layout seemed kinda uninspired this year. Where is the jump from yesteryears? :)
+Florin Sabau The stadium wasn't big enough to do the crossover so they changed the format. It wasn't as exciting as previous years but they still made it work and it was a very enjoyable event to watch. I am a little bias because I was there though ;) Hopefully next year they bring back the old format!
Seemed like a lot of nothingness in the middle of the track. Good for doing doughnuts, though! :P
+Florin Sabau Yeah if they didn't have the skills course there it could have been a bit more technical, but they needed that space for Terry Grants stunts and the Skills Challenge this year. Maybe they'll move it to a hot country again next year and have it outside. They should try the UAE next year!
Nice video, btw where is part 2?
+BLITZKRIEG Coming later today!
