I have my final exam in two weeks. This type of videos help me a lot with vocabulary and grammatical structures, thank you so much for making such good content!
You are very welcome. I did the C1 Spanish exam a couple of years ago and I create the kind of videos I myself would wish to watch. Good luck in your exam and I hope I can still teach you, even when you pass! 😀
Your videos helped me a lot with my Cambridge C1 Advanced writing paper preparations and I just wanted to express how grateful I am for these amazingly helpful C2 essay videos. Instead of giving a bunch of advanced phrases and expecting us to use them, you take what a student can primarily think (B2) and then show us how to transform it into a more advanced sentence, which is genius. I genuinely think that this is the best way to practice writing. By the way, my writing score was 190 out of 210, which is better than I could ever imagine :) Now I am aiming to take the exam again and this time pass with a score of 200 or more. Keep up the good work and god bless you!
My goodness - I can’t tell you how that feels to read! I’m honoured to have helped you on your English learning journey. Thanks for taking the time to comment 😀
Thank you so much. Your videos are a lot more helpful than dozens of books that I read before. Just for the sake of God write and correct many essays. 10 is less.❤❤ ❤❤
The method you use helps academic writing with the use of sounding more native including idioms, C 1 criteria, and collocation that enhance learners. So fantastic is it that I'd say thanks alot.
Thank you very much sir. I have dragged a couple of tips for my recently written essay. Thanks a lot. I like to learn more C2 level word and meaning with fantastic example.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t be present on live because of the time zone difference but I’ll ask you here. Sorry for my funny question in advance but… In the sentence: “This has revolutionized education,” why do you use “this” but not “it”?
I used ‘this’ as I had just mentioned the antecedent and ‘this’ is closer. However, if I were talking about something in general, I might use ‘it’. It’s tricky to explain but when I read it back, that’s what I thought - to be honest, it was not a conscious decision at the time but a natural, native speaker choice.
@@englishlearningexpert3595 I latch to it because it's really hard to catch the difference it or this/that. Personally I still don't feel language well and such seemingly trifles distract me a lot. Thanks, your explanation is great. The native speaker’s choice means that we should get more examples to obtain this. Thank you for answering my question.

@@User133-us You’re very welcome. I speak another language fluently and another at an intermediate level so I understand.
Sir, my vacabulary level is weak. How can I improve it within 2 months?
Read lots of books in English and listen to podcasts like Ted Talks.
Hi there..Do you believe that is it right to put idioms in formal essays??
If they are formal idioms, then yes - it can work if done skilfully. However, this can be hard for non-native speakers.
