I am isolated, depressed, lot of breaks, lot of mental confusion, imagination and fantasy thoughts, problems getting job, inferiority complex and very low thoughts about myself, feel like i have been roaming through life for many years..... Will do Om Namah Shivaya chanting through out the day. I am not in India but there is a mandir not far. Should I go on Mondays to offer milk/water/yogurt mixture to Shivalinga?
