Geophysics: Seismic - RMS Velocity

We dissect the RMS velocity expression to extract interval velocities. A problem is suggested that we will work through next time. We note that the RMS velocity is an approximation of the NMO velocity and that we can treat NMO velocities as RMS velocities to obtain an estimate of interval velocities.
