Learn to CNC Plasma Cut! We start with a DXF drawing, Create Cutting Operations, Setup the Machine, and Cut our part! In this video, I was running my Xmotion 440P Light Series machine.
Your video editing is very good. You kept the music volume low and your voice and enunciation of words is very clear. I really like that you left the mistake of getting in a hurry in the video. Everyone does that now and then. 2 thumbs up. I am hitting the subscribe button.
That is just what I was thinking. Glad I am not alone on this, had to watch a few times to be sure it was not just my eyes playing tricks on me, but no, definately lifting after the pierce
In this video we were using our Gen 2 CNC Control which is LinuxCNC based with a gmocappy front-end. We've discontinued our Gen 2 CNC control in favor of our Gen 3 Control which is our own proprietary CNC control system for plasma. We've designed the control circuit board and front-end software that is full featured with integrated Arc Voltage Torch Height Control built in and it works over a USB connection to any computer with any operating system without the need for special hardware on the computer side. We now have customers on Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX using our Gen3 control!
I studied the very slow methodical videos on sheetcam. This video goes over everything quickly and for me cemented in the steps needed and the reasons. Pulled what I learned together. Try that. Worked for me. Thanks Bad!

Hello. Can you show the bent part?
Im not sure why but my "move tool" with my left and arrow keys literally makes the whole part go left n right i wish it rotated like yours
Use the keys that have "" on them for rotation. These will be the two keys between "m" and "?" on your keyboard.
nice but even in 1080p it's still blurry.............
Hi
I have fastcam program i want to change to sheetcam Is it possible
Yeah, should be possible. It really just boils down to post processor and making sure SheetCAM posts gcode your machine is compatible with
