Reverend always have a stable of fresh ponies at NAMM and this year's show was no different as they paraded out a collection of fresh updates, new upgrades, and reintroduction of old favorites. Clearly, they're loving the P-90 growl and painted pickguards with these dynamic releases.

The funny character he played on squidbillies and his unknown hinson persona said much more wild inappropriate things since the 90s.hes first 2 albums are full of this stuff.but people didn't care. Because his funny and a amazing guitar player. He stepped on the wrong toes during the me too movement. But the wokes had there way. Still doesn't delete the fact he's a amazing entertainer.

I’m sorry but guitar manufacturers are not getting it.
Inflation is high, so they are not selling as much, so they decide “well if we are selling less guitars those individual guitars need to make us more money or we are not gonna be in business”.
Wrong reaction. Prices going up means LESS sales.
They need to LOWER these prices. Simple guitars with inexpensive materials and components.
If I am gonna have to spend stupid money it’s not gonna be Reverend, not because they aren’t great guitars (they are) but they won’t hold value. If need to sell it I am gonna lose half the money I paid for it, a Gibson or Fender won’t lose much value and then it will GAIN value over time.
This race to make the most expensive guitars is DUMB.
If I am gonna buy a Reverend it needs to cost an amount that I am comfortable losing half the value of. $300 to $500 tops.
Especially considering that these Chinese builder’s craftsmanship and quality has shot right up. For $200 you’re gonna get a guitar every bit as good as a Reverend. (But with a wonky name like Leo Jaymz on the headstock.
Reverend needs a $200, a $250, a $300, a $350, a $400 and a $500 dollar guitar. That’s it.
A grand to 2 grand for a Reverend is dumb for the above reasons.
You want to make fancy Reverends? Set up a pre-order custom shop in Japan or USA
Firefly, Leo Jaymz, Westcreek, JET, Fazley, Fesley… all making fantastic guitars some under $100! With great fretwork! (And horrible names, just awful)
While Reverend is asking 2k for a guitar made in Korea

Just buy used bro. I bought a used six gun last year and it’s my most used guitars. And I have guitars ranging from squier affinities to the fender ultra 2

if i buy a guitar thats good n Revs are real good...n play it for years and it losing value thats fine w me. I play my guitar everyday n i want a good one that I LIKE over what someone says its "worth" at time of sale. just my approach
