Ada is probably a strong survivor, who doesn't want to get healed instantly from across the map? Yes it's impossible to get healed mid-kite, but for a rescuer? If there's a mechanic on your team then that'll decrease her cowardly trait by one stack, and also allows the rescuer to rescue again, while Ada and the Mechanic are decoding peacefully.
