Completely inspired by your work over the years Matt, so thanks for all the effort. 18 months ago when I was putting it together, supply in the UK was limited, and was far from the expectations I had from watching your work. The gun and lance are heavy (due to the oversized fittings) but the quality is there and they perform very well. I think you'd be most disappointed with the hose reel, options there still remain limited. As you've moved the game on, I suspect the gap has grown vs supply options in the UK. Please send "Matt says my wand is Janky" T-shirt so I can wear it in my next "fixing my Janky wand and gun" video.

Angela Slaney hi thanks, appreciate the comments, in fairness to Matt i did a lot of thinking before starting this! I did have the saw guard, but thought it was safer that i could see the blade clearly and the wood as it travelled through, as crazy as that now sounds! Its a scary piece of kit, needs a lot of respect.
Great Video and thanks for posting. Can you please tell me the size of the probe you replaced on the foam cannon. I need to do the same thing for my mosmatic handle. Thanks in advance. David
Hi great setup I'm building mine and was wondering is it OK to leave switch on, on the washer and power on from the wall socket as my washer is high? Cheers 🏴
Hi, I'm no electrician, maybe somebody else could comment, but I can't see an issue myself. The machine does cycle for a second when initially powered on (assuming you've got the auto stop version). If I was in that situation I'd just buy a good quality socket and crack on!
Hi, thanks, yes they are 21mm, but that’s only big enough to go round the metal part of the leg, not enough to go round the rubber part. There’s just enough exposed metal at the front, before the rubber starts to get a clip there.
you guys live life so happily all the technologies you have as well neat and clean places unlike in india everytime we spent so stressful even if take out my car there is no parking places always has bribe polices etc. gods know what else we have to face next day, even in occasion there is no one else apart from your family will give you a proper gift really frustrated out with this life of mine
Nice tidy installation, the only minor points I'd reference are the plywood back board will ripple and delaminate in time if left untreated. And the power socket being far to close to a water supply,
Hi Thanks for the feedback. I did treat the ply @ 9:54, as for the socket, I'm no electrician, so welcome any advice, but as any source of water output (the trigger) is always going to be 2m vertical and 4m horizontal minimum away from the socket and unit, it's surely safer than the units intended application, which is to be sat on the floor, closer to water spray etc?
Nice setup. I just did a similar system myself. I ended up ordering a Cox reel after trying a lesser brand. I am happy with the Kranzle although their packing job left a lot to be desired. They did however stand behind their product. Thanks for the video.
An excellent how to guide thanks so much. I am going for almost this exact same setup that you have of the Kranzle K7 TS and a direct hoses 20m manual hose wall mount reel but I am going for an Italian made MV925 short trigger gun instead with the Mosmatic OG spec Bent wand combo just to keep the cost down a little more. Can you recommend where to get the braided hose connector pipe from that runs from your Kranzle plus the heavy duty shelf brackets please? Mr C TV okay thanks do you have an item number for the supplier I could try? Thanks again. Looking forward to trying it. I am using mine with a 220l water tank so will be interesting to see how it goes
Hi. Hope you don’t mind me asking. I’ve also got the mosmatic gun and lance. However, I can’t seem to get the maximum pressure out of it. Are you able to get up to 120 bar with this setup using the mosmatic gun and lance? I use the 40 degree nozzle.
Hi, I've never actually checked the pressure as the gauge isn't visible when in operation. I'll try and have a closer look next time I wash the car. I'm assuming the machine is new: 1) do you have enough water supply (flow rate) to feed the machine? 2) Have you adjusted the red pressure release valve? It's factory set to allow the most pressure. 3) you have a 40 degree nozzle, but what orifice diameter did you get, you can't increase the pressure of the machine by using a smaller nozzle, but you can marginally reduce it with a bigger size, I went for a size 03, which is slightly over. Hope this helps, I'll see what pressure I'm showing and let you know
Mr C TV thanks for replying. I’ve had the machine for over 1 year. The unloader valve is set to maximum. When I use the Kranzle gun/ lance I get the full 120 bar. I think it might be the orifice. When I bought the gun from mosmatic.co.uk I think they sent me a 040 size orifice nozzle. I bought some additional nozzles from eBay and have since found out that they are probably size 035. I’ve just ordered a size 030. Let’s see if this increases the pressure. Fingers crossed 🤞
Great job Mr C. I have a 1152TST and contemplating in getting the mosmatic lance with the quick release, would u know what quick release types and fittings i would need. thanks

@@cuthberm , great setup. How’s the hose/reel going? I’m thinking of buying it off same ebayer. I don’t like stiff hoses like karcher supply but yours looks good and flexible. Would you still recommend it?
Hi, yes going well, although I’ve just ordered new o rings for the reel, due to a very very minor drip. Keeps everything tidy and away in the garage, so would be without it
3.0 tip will damage your kranzle and wont give you enough flow you need to get a 4.0 40 degree white tip for optimal pressure and water flow gpm out of your kranzle you have a nice setup bro i like it
@@cuthberm because the kranzle machine is rated for 4.0 size tip using it with 3.0 will give you less water output aka gpm more pressure which could be dangerous for car paint and you over working the machine not using proper size tip which is not good for the pump ideal spec for car washing 1000 psi pressure 2.0 gpm which kranzle is the best machine will give you that output with a 4.0 tip thanks for the question
I've was referencing the nozzle charts on kranzle.co.uk and using the rating of the machine and my mains waterflow to arrive at a 3.0. Having said that I do hear your view and have re watched some of Matt's video's. I've now ordered some 4.0 nozzles and I'll have a proper look at the difference and what readings I get, I should do another video on it. I can say I'm able to easily hold my hand less than 12" in front of the nozzle, so I don't believe I'm completely wrong with my choice, but we'll find out when the new nozzles arrive.
Hi, yes I did, 4.0 is not correct for this machine. The spec on Kranzle own website for this specific machine is 2.8. I did buy a pack of 4.0 and I get no increase in flow rate, but a reduction in pressure vs 3.0. Which tells me a 3.0 is correct for this machine combined with my input flow rate. Thanks
I’ve got the same set up as you and the quick connector into the gun is too big and heavy . Get the ones from obsessed garage. They are half the weight.
Mr C TV if you need the ones I ordered let me know and I’ll send you the link. It’s much better with the OG ones and didn’t cost that much even with postage from America.

Hi, I'll try and respond the best I can having used google translate. The specification of the 7/122 says the maximum hose length is 20m, so I'm happy with that. I couldn't buy the 10/122 as you suggest, as I don't have 10 litre/minute water flow at the mains, so I would be "under feeding" the unit, causing premature wear - again as per the Kranzle specification. thanks for the comment and feedback.
Great job mate. what is your opinion on the kranzel over the Karcher. I'm thinking of ordering the 10/122 TS to replace my Karcher K4 compact. but just a bit concerned its not going to make much differents?
Hi, thanks for the comment, I think the biggest difference you would see would come from the flow rate on the kranzle, and that’s what counts when you are trying to rinse large surface on a car. I’d not appreciated the difference higher flow makes.
Ha, ha... I wonder where he got the idea. Mosmatic UK can't even copy the gun/wand properly. That's a janky version.

3.0 tip will damage your kranzle and wont give you enough flow you need to get a 4.0 40 degree white tip for optimal pressure and water flow gpm out of your kranzle
you have a nice setup bro i like it
Hi, thanks for the feedback, but interested to understand why you think I should be on a 4.0 and not a 3.0
@@cuthberm because the kranzle machine is rated for 4.0 size tip using it with 3.0 will give you less water output aka gpm more pressure which could be dangerous for car paint and you over working the machine not using proper size tip which is not good for the pump
ideal spec for car washing 1000 psi pressure 2.0 gpm which kranzle is the best machine will give you that output with a 4.0 tip thanks for the question
Hi cTv.. have you tried nozzle 4.0? Its better or not? I buy a kranzle hd7/122 too.. and i very thanksfull for your video.. good job sir
Thanks
Is that the og spec mosmatic
Hi, no, this was done about 18 months ago, so pre the OG spec.
Quality build that I am considering myself
Nice install, best quality components!!
Thanks
Great job. I'm doing that setup in my van. I love it.
Hi, thanks for the comment, good luck with yours
Proper professional set up 👍🏽
Hope there's no copyright as I'm thinking of copying it this week. 😁
I’ve got the same set up as you and the quick connector into the gun is too big and heavy . Get the ones from obsessed garage. They are half the weight.
ryrybread220 Hi, yes agreed the main QR between the gun and hose is bigger than needed, and heavy.
Mr C TV if you need the ones I ordered let me know and I’ll send you the link. It’s much better with the OG ones and didn’t cost that much even with postage from America.
Wonderful i just bought one, it is great !
where did you get the kranzle?
An online seller cleantec
Mr
0:44 I thought it was the sound of a gaz pressure washer

Nice job, wonderful
Good job mate.
Nice build
That’s cool. I will let you know how I get on! 👍🏻
Nice work!
tidy job mate.
where can you buy the Kranzle from
Paul Haughey ebay but there is a shop kranzle online cheaper than ebay
Nice
Hi I shared your video!!
