Yeah you adjusted the budgets. Wage budget was 69k p/w and they were spending 75k p/w. So you adjusted the transfer budget of £4.9m to £3.2m and that is what go you to 100k p/w
Does also mean they have great facilities for this level and will also have decent youth facilities. If Kev ever remembers that under 18s exist outside of South America.
As a born and raised Burtonian, I can safely say there are no lovely areas of Burton. He needs to get himself to somewhere like Repton or Barton, but he'll need a few more quid for that.
@@alexwozhere_v2 always has been, but it's just got even worse over the last 20 years. Far too many people live in the town for it's infrastructure. Clough went from the conference to the championship and lasted nearly 5 years in charge, a great achievement. Was only harshly sacked for a former England manager then went onto Sheffield United to domestic cup semi finals. Rowett walked out for Stoke on a big money contract before a big money pay off from them. If I were either, both scenarios aren't something I'd want removed off my history.
Joe Powell was great in AM for me in my Wrexham save last year. Also, it never fails to amuse me when Kev is surprised that there's no staff in place, despite not bothering to take any of his with him
I've just been looking at the virtual tour of the house Kev was looking at and one of the rooms upstairs has some sort of a wardrobe/cupboard that is a good few inches off of the ground
Coward or not, I’ve found a 5-2-3 system that works a treat this year. Two attacking wingbacks with two wide centre backs along with an inverted winger and inside forward who join the striker in the box when attacking.. works an absolute treat.
Look at Kev goes, I love it when he goes on and on about houses. On a side note, I only want one thing from fifa manager in fm, the chance to do something with the money you're earning.
Unfortunately neither of the big breweries allow tours now, but I can recommend the Bridge Brewery Pub and the Tower Brewery, who normally open on match days. (Source; live in Burton, used to work at Marstons, now work at Coors)
When you live in Burton and your house is for sale. I was thinking imagine he finds it on right move 😂 Joe Powell is the man! Great result against Wrexham! COYB.
Im still at tamworth there now top of league 1 with a good team, but im still on 375 quid outta contract, i really think the tamworth board is broken when my assistant manager is on 1.5k and no other clubs want me, makes me sad, anyways looking forward to seeing what you do with Burton
At Lincoln red imps I started on £1.1K a week had a wage cut to £1k just to save the club some money in 2029 I'm now on £1.4k each week because I keep winning trophies and reaching Europe
Sad to see tamworth tumbling straight away. I got Ehime from J3 to J2, sign some players and then move to Nagasaki for the money. Nagasaki is leading the league now, but Ehime is actually chasing me at second place with 5 points apart. Great to see my previous club doing well in a new league, shows that I built the squad well enough
Wood cladding (but not as a focus point) and that fake moulding is definitely back that’s a new build aimed at the TikTok generation for sure. I see it all the time, the only thing missing is the black painted stairs and you’d have a full TikTok DIY bingo card
This shows that the AI managers still use their preferred line-ups no matter the outcome. This isn't very realistic from SI, the should def adapt to the players!
Have you looked at the facilities yet Kev? Train at st George's Park and have great youth facilities I believe so should have some decent youth players coming through
you were spending 69k on wages then you adjusted your budgets i believe, also i would like to point out you said you are playing 2 TF up top when you are playing one and also one of your strikers are 5'10 lol
Petition to use half of the transfer budget to rent the snow dome as a training centre for Burton Albion
He has St George's the England national team training camp
Signed
Counter signed.
#SnowDomeToGlory
Top notch 😂

Kev didn’t anger anyone in the team talk… that’s a win
my favorite parts of NLTL are always the fresh starts. Looks like a solid team who's just one striker away from promotion
I think it is harder to get a solid defence. The hard part of the job is already done for him.
@@nigefalI'd second that
Taken me 4 seasons stabilise my back 4 in league two 😅
Always love the new jobs in NLTL
8:19 "Smyth with a y, can play wide on either side"
I don't know if it was intentional, but that was some nice alliteration
I think this is the most excited I have been for a new NLTL club of the past 3 years
didn't Burton have St Georges Park as their training facility on an FM recently?
They do now when kev signed he is training the lads at the England national camp so he may see England national team stars there
Does also mean they have great facilities for this level and will also have decent youth facilities. If Kev ever remembers that under 18s exist outside of South America.
@@OistyFM there have the best facilities in the game
That’s because St George’s Park is where they train. It’s in Burton
Just have an image in my head of you getting introduced to your new staff by the head of youth recruitment.
Heya! I'm your new staff!
Jeez Kev you keep going on about the money like it was 50 mill
Living in Burton myself, your new house is in a lovely area Kev. Great to see you finally stepping foot into the Pirelli!

Outdoor Chairs!!! Moving up in the world!!
Such is the influence of NLTL, that house just had £10k wiped off its value IRL thanks to Kev's withering critique of the decor.
The delight in Kev's voice at the prospect of outdoor chairs is unmatched
If you get a significant pay rise you can move to Barton Under Needwood down the road, lots of chairs there!
My cousin Used to live up there Had a house right out in the Sticks
Finally catching up on these...love the new starts, and the dedication to the house hunting XD
my word am i ready for this
This is WEALTH!!!
As someone that always strive towards "realistic" progression, this is such a great move!
Finn Azaz! Another Argyle link... He's currently doing well for Argyle in the Championship, so that bodes well if you can get him in!
3:41 Kev you got do a series’s on mocking people houses for sale (light hearted I may ad ) Kev does 60 min make over
Lets go who knows you may get given the Derby County job if you do well at Burton.
Yeah because that went really well for Gary Rowett and Nigel Clough!

15:40 Burtons previous manager was Darren Moore his back 6 worked vs Peterborough in the play offs last season irl xD
one day he is going to by a house in irl by accident.

Kev, Jaden Williams is an incredible striker who was consistently scoring 30+ goals a season for me last year and hes on your bench

You made it clear you wanted money. You did amazing and Cheapworth didn't step up. Its a good move story wise.
Imagine seeing your house listing on a fm video - love this idea mate
Burton has been carefully managed IRL after a financial reckoning in 18/19. Enjoy your spend-sies Kev.
You were right on the FM show pod. I am interested in listening to background noise while working
Going house shopping with you is like going with the missus, all focus on the decor and none on the practicalities!
Joe Powell in fm 23 was great for me as a shadow striker. You could play him in the 4-2-3-1. He was still in my squad in the prem for a season
Look at Kev goes, I love it when he goes on and on about houses. On a side note, I only want one thing from fifa manager in fm, the chance to do something with the money you're earning.
God it’s so weird recognising the houses you’re looking at having lived in Burton for 7 years of my life 😅
0:14 looking fresh Mr Chapman!
Now that you are managing Burton you have to visit a brewery once you do the Match Day blog.
Unfortunately neither of the big breweries allow tours now, but I can recommend the Bridge Brewery Pub and the Tower Brewery, who normally open on match days. (Source; live in Burton, used to work at Marstons, now work at Coors)
@@stevenrose86 that’s sad to hear, hopefully Kev can at least try some beer of camera.
We ain't even got the World Famous brewing museum anymore either...

This shows that the AI managers still use their preferred line-ups no matter the outcome. This isn't very realistic from SI, the should def adapt to the players!

"Uber coward" comment had laughing hard :D
I like the house, good choice 👍
Im glad my local team is used for once when i get it fm24 im doing burton

I hope that someday, by happenstance that someone who has their house on the market sees you doing a virtual tour
Thought you would love Stockton as 'he's a big boy'
Love the new tie 💪⚽️
Think it was a bit of a step down but right decision due to contract issues at tamworth
My DoF signed that Jayden Williams for my U21’s at Barnsley and he won fans player of the month while In the u21’s
I guess a match day vlog won't be complete until you visit your house too.
I genuinely wonder how many homes Kev has shown off that a viewer was like...hey I like that place and bought it in real life lol.
God damn that house looks a lot better than mine for the same price.. I am moving north!
Perfect jump on point
The caretaker manager shenanigans was peak Kev
Tamworth will get Sam allardyce out of retirement the fireman can save the season
jaden williams was a superstar in leagues 1 and 2 on fm 22 for me
I’ve also taken over Burton Kev and they have a local businessman on board like yours
That’s cus Burton is a very locally ran club, Mate.
Think reason all the budgets at Burton Albion is they share same training complex as England
The return of Adam Berry…
that beard looking super salt and peppery today. Lovely, lovely, lovely
Will you be visiting The Pirelli Stadium to watch Burton like you did with Tamworth?
I’m there this Saturday
The house is nice, except for the fact that the toilets are so close to the wall/bath. Who wants to slot into a little gap to go to the loo?
I live in Tamworth and work in Burton we could lift share 😆
bro if you switch from Tamworth to Burton manager OF COURSE you have to change houses xD
Love you kev
Burton train at st georges (England training ground) so facilities should be top tier
I am supremely jealous of your hair and beard
Club 2 in NLTL, let's go.
Can we see the Dev centre?
Thr wages some of those players are on for L2 are insane
As a scotman kev I feel obliged to tell you that Falkirk is pronounced fall Kirk
I’m sorry, and I beg forgiveness for lowering the tone, but lovely bush genuinely made me laugh
Hopefully you play Smythy, should watch his real life celebration. Rapid winger
Need to get Berry or grant from Tamworth for the 4231
Does Berry have Championship potential? With the money Burton has Kev has to build for back to back promotions :)

And I recently looked at that house on right move… this is odd in a good way
I'm first on this one. Looking forward to this

Check how much the new Tamworth manager is on
the polish big lump upfront is pronounced nem-chyk kev, not nimzig
what is the non specific mortgage calculator
Halifax doesn’t sponsor him so he stopped saying their name.
Very late comment but why use a 3atb? You have 3 great cb’s just rotate 1 in 1 out every match
