To me, as much as I respect the two legends Lionel Richie and Diana Ross, who are responsible for the original version of this song, I think the rendition of these two legendary vocalists Luther Vandross and Mariah Carey is, by far, the best one of this magical romantic song.

It looks like it was performed at the royal Albert hall in London which also hosts the proms every year.it's named after queen victoria's husband Prince Albert and has just celebrated 150yrs. This was early in mariah's career before she started doing extra runs in her songs.
