Balrogs been around since street fighter 2. They made this guy justice from day one which says a lot. One of the best and most iconic boxers in video gaming period.
The tune matches the stage though. And to be fair, due to his and Ed's relationship, it's now proven that Balrog CAN actually give two damns about something other than money for once.
His other theme is also more "Epic and Powerful" sounding than this one, it's more redemptive sounding than it is heroic, probably because of his relationship with Ed.
