- Who doesn’t love sitting around a campfire!?! I know I sure do and that is the reason I wanted to build these Campfire Chairs. But I also didn’t want to spend a ton of money on materials to make them because outdoor furniture can take a beating in the Arizona heat. So I decide to challenge myself to make them each with one (1) board… one 2x12 construction grade board. That along the hardware brought each chair to a cost of $22. Can’t beat that, so let me show you how I did it.

Pretty cool but they look so small like they would be for kids.
Perfect for kids or adults… they keep you close to the ground and close to the fire to stay warm. 🍊
They look a little small though, like kids chairs.
I fit in them just fine. They are low to the ground so that you can stay warm close to the fire. But kids do love them. 🍊
Wonderful chair, the burning effect is beautiful and looks very solid. Congratulations!!👏👏🥇🥂
Thank you so much! 🙌 They were a fun build. 🍊
So I just found your channel and i realized i knew you and i’m your neighbor off of Carson! I recognize the inside of your garage 😅 Love these and going to make some this weekend!
That’s awesome!!! Can’t wait to see your chairs. Stop and say hi next time the garage is open. 🍊
Is the oil necessary for outdoor protection? I thought that’s what the suguban does...
Follow Me The oil helps seal the wood and makes it so the soot doesn’t come off on your clothes. So for a chair I say it is necessary. 🍊
Awesome work Sadie Mae! 😃👍🏻🔥🍊🔥👊🏻
Thank you so much Fred! You rock! 🙌🍊
Is there a reason you didn't countersink the screws?
I used a bolt head washer type screw, you don’t countersink them and I liked the looked. But you could if you wanted to and used a different hardware. 🍊
Both talented and cute as heck. Great build!
Thank you Roger. 🍊
