She's right. Hollywood movies today are so boring. The increase in action, computerization taking violence or action to a whole new inhuman level and hard boiled yang type women to add sex does little to make them interesting. Luckily we can find the movies of Shirley McLaine's and other actresses of her time on youtube and many of us are busy watching them instead of the modern corporate junk

The whole "we're not alone" is HOKUM and both these characters, these "actors" know it. They both know the military has access to travel using magnetism... and yes, Free Energy... but she disguised that fact with "we are not alone".

I know that I have been here before. I remember being a warrior and being stabbed with a sword.
But that is not the only time that I have been here.
I have known since I was a small child that this was not the first time that I have been here.
MyOCD♡TV i had a dream one time of being in a warehouse kinda setting and i got shot in the neck and i was lying on the ground and i could actually feel the cold concrete on my cheek and the warm blood...it felt so real at the time...i wonder if that was a memory rather then a dream. Years ago when i was a about 12 someone i know hung them selves right outside in the backyard...ill never forget the screams when they were found...i felt like i should have done more top stop it but at 12 i had no clue...later i had a dream and the person came to me and said they were fine...that I KNOW was NOT a dream.

@@amrita3000 It's so interesting and revealing to me when people write such nastiness as your comment. I read her daughter's book and was disappointed in Shirley because I think the daughter was telling the truth. However, Shirley was responsible for the first level of spiritual awakening. I cannot totally denounce her. She was obviously not mother material. I believe we choose our parents, however. So because of this, we have to take the lessons learned and accept the reality of the situation. Forgiveness is very important in life. So I will watch this interview and take the good that Shirley provides and leave the rest.
The mystic in me wonders if Larry has gone to Shirley now he’s left this planet and said woah Shirley you are right there is more :)

I just love Shirley MacLaine. I read “Out On A Limb” in 1984 and it opened my soul in a powerful life altering way... Her book helped me remember what my soul already knew to be true. I immediately knew it was truth.
Shirley is a powerful, insightful, believable communicator. She changed my life for the better.
And the awakening has never stopped in the past 38 years.

She helped my mom with her book and movie out on a limb. My mom had an out of body experience and she felt so validated. She also shared her experience for the first time with me. It opened my eyes to endless enlighten possibilities.
She got younger the longer the interview went on. I could see her young self right there.

I met the wonderful Shirley Mclaine when I worked on the Kings Rd. I was 19 and had never met anyone famous, She was very friendly and charming and I have never forgotten. that was 1976

July 28th 2022 I want to watch a very well educated woman and is a Bible believing Christian not a fundamentalist that Shirley maclain has been channeling entities for years although I think she's a very good actress we are preparing for the pre-tribulation of the church and that means only those who believe in biblical Jesus will go and everyone will be less to face the antichrist. I am very serious about we can do because I didn't look for this interview with children the claim where I found her talking about her experience with people from another dimension which are the following angels. He's completely wrong because Jesus is the son of God and you are hearing are do not experience speaking through her I am praying for you

This is my favorite interview of Larry's. You can tell how much fun he is having and he is as interested in Shirley as the rest of us. He seems delighted by her.
How incredible to be 80 and looking like these lovely giants at that age.
Shirley Maclaine is an amazing actress, and what an amazing dancer, among the best. She comes across as a free spirit but in actuality she is a very disciplined lady. You can see it in her dance and her acting.
I just got through watching a black and white movie "Hot Spell," She is the daughter of Shirley Booth and Anthony Quinn and she is very believable in that movie. What an interesting story the movie told with great acting from all the actors. It is hard to find movies that move you in so many different directions. Each character had their own story to tell.

Her character in Elsa and Fred was very lightweight with superficial characters that audiences didn't enjoy, yet here she is complaining how blockbuster superhero films have no character development. Clearly she did the film for the money not the script.

Sad that she didn't put her daughter before her career.
She is no doubt one of the great actress in hollywood.. but sad to say, fame and popularity made her heartless, horrible and irresponsible mother to her only daughter Sachi Parker. She abandoned her child for her fame!!! And i hate irresponsible mother! No respect for her for that! 👿👿 my sympathy is for Sachi Parker..! after all the hardships and the horrible life she went throu to survived being abandoned and neglected by her own abnormal parents ..Kudos to her!❤

When these actors get so adored by fans they lose site of their humanees and their Egos get so hyper inflated that when their kids write the truth about what it was like to be parented by an absent parent they simply cannot handle the truth. MacLaine says her daughters book is false. When its clear that she simply cannot see thru her daughters eyes just what her childhood was really like. Absent famous mother, no one wants an absent parent. Why become a parent if your going to abandoned your kid?

I often find LK interviews kinda "meh" because he isn't confrontational enough for my taste, but on the other hand, he's a master of the subtle art of conversation without fawning or resorting to dishonest flattery. He has skills and has always been true to himself. RIP, Larry.

My experience after a car accident where I flipped my auto. It happened!, a near-death experience. For me, it was like stepping into a moving visual screen with a voice as a guide. I died and was sent back. Of course, there is a lot more to what I experienced, I AM LUCKY I SURVIVED AND IT DIDN'T STOP WHEN I CAME BACK TO LIFE, IT TOOK ME MONTHS TO REALIZE WHAT WAS GOING ON.

Shirley's approach to acting is the same as Rose Marie: they just got on with it without analyzing everything to death. Thusly, their acting come across as "fresh" in my opinion.

Agree. She lives for herself, and herself alone, although she is a terrific, terrific actor and performer. No denying that. But, yes, I'm glad she wasn't stupid enough to have more kids. Even Kate Hepburn admitted that she was "too selfish" to be a parent, so she never had children.

I know that this isnt the end. I have had people in my life that have passed away and have visited me in my dreams saying they were okay. They always look perfect. There skin and there clothes. I believe there is more then just this life.
