@@australiankaleidoscope613 Usually, they do that - dipping their beaks into the flowers and using their tiny tongues to collect pollen and nectar. They need to visit many flowers to collect enough food. We saw a lot of this on our camellias.
@@hungrybirds_aus I saw them sitting on a brunch , eating from one "brush" longer , then moving to another. I can only imagine fantastic moment with camelias.

I agree Noisy Miners love it, but that bird was very naughty : she did not eat, she only tried every " brush" (flower), jumping from one to another.
