Yes I fish lures exclusively now. Although when I first started fishing for stripers, I used pileworms but that got way too messy and expensive. 12$ for 12 worms. Either got skunked or caught a shark. No thanks. When I switch over to lures, went from catching 4-5 stripers to 25-30 stripers a year. In our part of the Bay, it's good fishing all Fall.
@@wellthoughtoutfishing1534 I knew it was a Phenix rod but didn’t know which one. I too use Phenix rods M1 inshore,Trifecta,and Recon elite. I had a Feather spinning rod until I slammed my truck door on the tip 😱
