    Molly isn’t sport-smart enough to understand what these guys are saying. She’s looking at them like they’re being too harsh or that they’re thinking too deeply into this, but what JWill, Legs, and Stephen A are saying is the truest assessment of what a person’s behavior is saying; even without them verbally saying anything. Body-language and behavior tells far more about a person’s character than words.

    Molly is always speaking based off emotions and not with logic, that's why so many people get upset with her. Plus it's not her job and if you try to explain that to her I bet she would pull the women empowered card. Undisputed is better because moderators do their job and the debaters debate.

      It's called playing devil's advocate. Just has producers in her ear telling her what hot buttons to push.
      She will disagree with the panel in order to hear their explanations and to provide a television show with alot of bite.
      Some hosts are made to just sit and agree with everything a guest says.
      Some hosts are made to encourage guests to go off on one.
      It's just tv. And clearly it's working because this show seems very popular.
      It has nothing to do with "women empower card" or blah blah whatever other nonesense you wanna bring up.

The championship mamba mentality... You have kawhi, ben Simmons if they feel just a discomfort they won't play...

    Tim Legler is awesome. Couldn't have said it any better than Tim Legler. You could tell from Tim Legler's almost red face just how frustrated and disappointed he is with Ben Simmons. That phrase that Legler used about Simmons just sums it up perfectly....Ben Simmons has LOST ALL CREDIBILITY with his teammates, and it shows with all those fake and awkward interactions he has on the sidelines with the team. It's so frustrating to see a player who could have really helped the Nets be so USELESS.

He has no interest in grinding to get better - learning to shoot - improving his game. He just wants to be some gucci celebrity and spend his money. But basketball? He’s out.

    I like to equivalent the Ben Simmons situation to Magic Johnson when he was referred to as Tragic Bronson. They both had terrible final series which inevitably lost the game for their teams. They are very similar situations. The difference being is that Magic Johnson put in the work to redeem himself. Ben Simmons is hiding like a coward and blaming everyone except the one person responsible.....Ben Simmons. As a basketball fan I am really disgusted about the situation and I think the best thing for all parties involved would to be for Ben to retire permanently. It is certainly giving the NBA bad look. Until the NBA decides to put its foot down and make examples star athletes like Ben Simmons will continue to take advantage of the situation and continue to decrease fan basis in this great sport

  • @rosewater226
    @rosewater226 2 года назад

    If Ben was a bit more open with the public about what he's experienced in this time he hasn't played, maybe the conversation would be different. You don't have to go into detail. Look at Klay, he's been open (to a point) about his struggles to get back and play. We see the short clips of his working on rehab, the happenstance pics of him courtside struggling to be so close to the game but can't play. It made the comeback, the current level he's playing at, mean that much more. As a person who deals with and works in mental health, sometimes the best thing you can do is come out and be vulnerable, just a little, and say, yeah, I'm struggling with confidence, with feeling like I'm going to be the player I was or better or worse. I'm having a hard time with hearing the push back from the media, etc. Right now, it just feels like a player who wants people to know he's still on a team, but not actually wanting to play. To see Jay, who clearly misses what could have been, talk about this kinda hurts.

    "Sore back" is not an injury. As an athlete, if something is sore before a game or practice, it means you haven't done a proper warm up with stretches. I was an elite tennis player in high school, sure it's 2 different sports, but I have had back pain from early childhood and would wake up in the morning because my lower back pain was insufferable. I would wake up, stretch, hang on my pullup bar and then do the exercises my physio showed to strengthen my back and do them and then be good to go to hit my 3-4 hour practice session. Ben Simmons is a millionaire with access to the best training staff and equipment of his own or of his team, a sore back should be last thing keeping someone out of the lineup.
