@@ungfaceCan you get a reference on where zombies and human corpses benefit soil fertility for farmers? In my opinion, you are very wrong even though it is clear that there is poison, and it is causing damage to the soil
Large amounts of human blood make for terrible farming. The entire area is tainted, meaning much of it would be unsuitable for growing crops. Not to mention the diseases...
Without the firework archers, I honestly believe that battle would have been lost. They gave supporting fire that kept many units from being overrun, and thinned the horde immensely.
Dude what about the jedis they were slaughtering them. You got to admit that they also played a role of actually killing a lot of zombies while pushing them back
I started thinking about the same thing sometime between the 1/2 and 2/3 mark, once it became clear the humans were going to win. The final margin would give the impression that the battle wasn’t all that close, but I’m really curious how it would have played out with just those 5 fire archers removed. I mean, this is only a rough estimate but it looked like a single shot from one of them could take out 100, maybe even 200+ zombies - obviously there were quite a few shots that didn’t appear to hit any at all, but still, those 5 units definitely did a lot of the heavy lifting.
You have a timestamp for that? Edit: Ah, nevermind. Its 54:20. And yes, it was absolutely wonderful! The fire archers surely have the MVP status here. Every time when they hit big time, the body count skyrocketet!
Points to the fact that ranged troops do not see walls, friendly troops, etc. just shoot right though them. I have to wonder, did the firework archers move up? Because it is only at the end of the battle that we see those fire strikes far from the defending castle.
So we now know that probably a tenth of humanities forces could have stomped the zombies if they just used their castle defenses properly. Probably would have had practically no losses if this force had even a basic idea of defensive tactics
I think that it would be interesting to do some battle that focus more to the fortress defence rather than on a large ground battle. I mean more archers staying on the walls and less blocking units in front of walls, blocking rather gates than staying in open terrain. The fortress has several lines of defence, it would be intriguing to see if they can hold back the enemy.
It'd be heavily more 1 sided in favour of the defenders unless you can program wall scaling like World War Z does, otherwise you're funnelling millions of units into gates where it's 5v5 and all that matters in that situation is who's got the better troops almost regardless of numbers. Its a skill used in alot of total war games that if an enemy has a large army that will cause you huge losses, retreat to the nearest fort or bridge, stack up behind the gate or 1 side of the bridge and you can beat back armies 8x your size just by removing the numbers advantage if you can funnel them into 1 channel.

If as many catapults as possible had been moved from the outside of the castle to the inside, and as many archers as possible had been moved to the top of the castle walls, and all forces had been moved closer to the castle walls, and roman soldiers had blocked all the entrances... I think the defenders could have handled an enemy force twice as big.
27:20 Can you imagine yourself been on the war, and then, by some miracle created to someone called "Arquimides" back in the time, see how a catapult full with fire-stones just kill thousands of both, enemies and allies?
Love the battle. However I think that if you incorporate units that do massive destruction like super archers, etc I think they should be able to have friendly fire capability. Ridiculous when Super archer lays waste to an area and leaves defending army that it hits untouched.
I would have loved to see this battle repeated without super archers. I thinking sending all those Generals at the end would have more then made up for them.
I understand that the presence of units with area-of-effect damage can somewhat trivialize the battle. However, in a map with narrow entrances like this, units like the Super Archers are necessary. Without such units, both sides would be trapped behind the narrow gate, piling up bodies and slowly dying for hours on end. Your suggestion regarding friendly fire from ranged attacks is a good one. Additionally, it would be great to have certain units with the ability to climb walls or overcome steep terrain. Thank you for watching my video, and I appreciate your suggestions. I hope to have an opportunity in the future to compile these ideas and convey them to the game developers.
@@battlesimulatorgamer I would just like more common sense added to all units. Such as knowing their surroundings as well as not rushing into an open area knowing they can be surrounded.
Zombies shouldn't be near indestructible either. 98% HP? Zombies are walking dead, that means SOME zombies have been decaying while others (Many) have had horrific deaths. No way should the entire Zombie masses be this high for damage. Some zombies would fall apart into pieces of gory/ rotting flesh, as they walk/run but all the zombies have all their arms and legs. So, OPing the humans with weapons seems fair to me.
I've read some reviews on Steam that say the game lacks a lot of polish in some areas, and unit creation is buggy, but for only $20, I think I may have to buy this game anyway.
1) Friendly fire is not a thing in this or it would have gone worse for the defenders. 2) Building walls, allied soldiers bodies and probably rocks and hills do not block ranged fire. 3) Why were there almost NO defenders on the walls of the castle. The walls of the castle should have been covered in ranged defenders and catapults, etc. 4) given that walls DON'T block fire, the front interior of the castle should have been packed with ranged troops. Reserve Melee should have all mostly been behind the castle not in it. 5) It REALLY bugged me that the starting positions had this single wide band of ranged troops not pressed up against the wall of the castle. Then there was a huge gap between the single band of ranged troops and the wide band of melee troops. This made no sense to me. Defenders should have been backed right against the castle wall. There should have been no gaps between the bands of defender type and furthermore there should have been thin ribbons of melee troops sandwiched into the entire length of the ranged defender band. So that as zombies ( melee attackers only ) finally broke though the thick melee defender line they would only kill a few ranged defenders before running into a few melee to hold them in place. The melee defenders being so far forward they were already likely on the outer edge of the reach of the ranged defenders, when the melee moved forwards they moved away from getting range support. 6) Given the HUGE size of the Zombie force it was predictable that they would "wrap around" the defenders on the field, so just a straight line of defenders coming to a sudden stop with no bend of the line towards the rear, or some other kind of special formation to hold the far ends, was just dumb. That required the use of the Lazer Knights to prevent a catastrophe. 7) The Lazer Knights were really out of place and O.P. I think if the formation were done better they would not be needed. As it was in this battle I estimate that the Lazer Knights on their own killed something like 3 million zombies. 8) But it would have been really nice to see at the end a BY TROOP TYPE number of deaths and how many Zombies each Troop Type killed. 9) Why were the Spartans and last batch of Roman soldiers held in reserve so late in the battle. It seems to me they should have been released as the Lazer Knights were dying out to provide the ranged defender line with something of a wall sooner on, overall resulting in less casualties.
Good battle reserve timing good strategy good Like the fact that manpower wasn’t sacrificed to weaken enemy like always done Victory is winning with the least number of casualties

Abysmal use of the castle walls. Spartans, jedi, roman legions, and medieval battle tanks known as knights would have slowed them down, so artillery could annihilate most. Jedi inbetween shield walls creates a barrier. Archers stay behind walls. That said, I ask two questions: 1. Can zombies die via headshot? 2. If so, does their bite make another zombie? If yes to 1, no to 2, 14 million is not enough. If yes to both, Cleopatra and jedi survive. 99% death rate, and zombie victory. If no to both, Jedi plus artillery spite. Good choice, poor setup.
first rule of castle defense, don't fight beyond the range of your artillery support.
First rule of castle defense is actually don't place most of your forces outside the castle walls.

12:20: When the Clones turn on the Jedi it be like...
17:15: The red goes so well with their lightscabers!
27:18: "Is that a second sun on the horizon? OH DEAR GOD!" No worries, the Spartan's armor will protect them 😏
54:19: Man, those Firework Archers have some serious range and accuracy 😮
What also could have won the war: A single soldier in a narrow hallway ;p
The the part at 52:30 was crazy
This channel fuels my procrastination. But its so interesting to see it.
First comment, by the way...DAMN, how did your PC survive?
投石機と弓兵が凄い頑張ってる🎉
Imagine fighting chest deep in blood, glorious!
Those fire Archers!! That looks so kool
4:51
Roman Soldier: screw this I’m not drowning in blood
*gets killed*
Эпично!
wait wait wait did i read 20 000 spartans righttttttttttttttt .............. forget about the spartans the foot jedis omg !!!!!! i'm enjoying this ....
The Jedi said fk around and find out 😂😂
The super archers were useless till the enemy was quite close.
The trebuchets this time, were hard at work.
Yeay comoooonnnn whoooooohhh
Abysmal use of the castle walls. Spartans, jedi, roman legions, and medieval battle tanks known as knights would have slowed them down, so artillery could annihilate most. Jedi inbetween shield walls creates a barrier. Archers stay behind walls.
That said, I ask two questions:
Хорошее видео спасибо
So Zombies know how to hide.
Now we are getting interesting.
This still better than that battle for winterfell episode
the largest budget ever put into a cinematic battle, was overshadowed by something that someone made on a battle simulator in a few minutes... 😅
Thanks,,, love the battle
That Jedi wave though 👀
Is it actually 14 million? If so that is pretty crazy 😅
Yes, the light sabre. The universes MOST ULTIMATE hand to hand combat weapon. Ever
Sacrifice of the Jedi will not be forgotten 😂
