Are you able to post the matchups or ask what they were? Because knowing the matchups that day can really help figure out where Cell lands on lists, and who he plays better agsinst.

Its not the fastest ramp deck, its equal with android 17 because both can get to 7 energy on turn 4. Cell has to be awakened by turn 4 to do that, Android 17 can get to 7 without being awakened.
Technically you can go to 8. assuming you destructive strength t3, you can go 17/18 into 17/18 into 3-trunks turn 4, and then t5 you have nine energy while having played 3 20ks instead of having done nothing for the turn. "fastest ramp deck"...
@@Phospholazuli not the fastest, with cell deck you want to abuse the cell loop. The problem is that his awaken power need his energy to be exactly 5 so it gets iffy
